After the bombshell claims by Casandra “Cassie” Ventura during the second day of her testimonies, she told the jurors that she attempted to end her life because of past thoughts of alleged abuse by Sean “Diddy” Combs.

The ex-girlfriend of Combs, who dated him on and off for a decade, alleged during the rapper’s sex trafficking trial that she was mentally, sexually, and physically abused during these years.

The relationship ended in 2018, the same year Ventura accused Combs r**** her.

However, after the split, recovering from the abuse was not smooth even leading her to suicidal thoughts.

It is pertinent to mention that Ventura’s now husband, Alex Fine, met shortly after the separation from Combs and welcomed two daughters.

During her healing years. the flashback from her abusive past affected her to the extent that Ventura wanted to take her life.

“I was spinning out,” told the jury. “I didn’t want to be alive anymore at that point.”

Recalling a moment from March 2023 when she was planning to end her life while her kids were sleeping, she broke down, saying, “I couldn’t take the pain I was in anymore and just tried to walk out the front door into traffic.”

“You can do this without me, you don’t need me anymore,” she told her husband.

Ventura revealed that her husband saved her life that day by not letting her out of the house.
